The connectors with 4.0 mm contact diameter made of gold-plated brass. By the gold coating, the conductivity and corrosion resistance can be enhanced, but also reduces the resultant by frequent plugging and pulling apart of the plug and socket burn-up, which the lifetime benefit. With only 0.55 mOhm the electrical resistance of the plug connection is very low and allows a short time, a current capacity of 70 A.
